My name is Cynthia Starr and the work I love is activating and facilitating transformation from the inside out. This work was birthed back in 1998, after I attended a speaker’s presentation on the dynamics of human interaction--I was so excited after that class, when HeartSpeak was formed on my drive home that night! |

Since childhood, I have been very aware, sensitive, and empathic, knowing others’ feelings, emotions, and truths. This began in relation to my family, and expanded to the people I met through school and college, where I pursued Psychology and received my degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
I was always wanting to know about people and how they thought, what made them tick. I was interested in my family's dynamics, wanting to understand my childhood and what had made me become the person I am now.
Being born and raised in Hawaii and, at 14, moving to the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley was an experience! It took me a couple of years to acclimate to the different culture and be part of this new life for my Soul’s growth and expansion. I KNEW my life was to change that year and I made a commitment with my Self to know and heal everything about me – from the outside – in. From that moment and for the next 30 years, I studied, read, took classes and experienced all kinds of alternative therapies, got my Bachelor Degree in Psychology--everything I could--outside of my work in corporate America.
By 1998, I realized that all healing and answers come from within and that anything outside myself could still be taken, only if I felt “guided” and/or heard my own “heart speak" to me to take them. I was always desiring to be internally transformed, and realized that inner transformation comes from...within me.
I am now a Soul Heart Transformational Catalyst where I help and guide others by "listening to their Hearts Speak", receiving clarity, seeing, hearing and understanding others at their Heart’s Soul levels and assisting them in remembering and bringing forth who they already are: complete and whole, here and now.
Using my innate and multidimensional abilities as a Clairsentient, Claircognizant, Clairvoyant and Empath, combined with compassion, depth, and getting to “the Heart of the matter” quickly and efficiently, I connect with a person’s Soul’s Heart to give them whatever is presenting in this moment -- what they are desiring to know and gain clarity in –- reminding them of all they truly are, as their Heart Speaks. I quantum leap across timelines to view their Soul Blueprint possibilities. By relaying this information, I help people change and transform their current reality to living the life they desire.
